5.4% ABV | Hazy but not heavy, this beer has loads of lemon, lime, grapefruit, and lemongrass aromas and flavors with a soft body and a fairly dry/crisp finish. Bitterness is low and approachable - Minneapolis, MN

IPA (NITRO) “BENT HOP” – BENT PADDLE - $10

6.2% ABV | Centennial hopped IPA with strong orange marmalade/lemongrass/grapefruit aromas and flavors. The Nitro pour creates a smoothness/creaminess to the beer not often found in an IPA and it the results are worth trying. The hops are more fruity and soft the malt carries the beer and the bitterness is kept in-check like a Hazy IPA but without the heavy/pillowy mouthfeel. Unique and worth a pint or two, for sure - Duluth, MN

West Coast iipa "sticker fight" - steel toe - $10

8% ABV | Sticker Fight absolutely explodes with aromas of citrus, mango, and pine. Extremely hop-forward without being oppressively bitter, this is a magnificently well-balanced IIPA with soft lingering fruitiness and a touch of dank hops - St. Louis Park, MN

west coast ipa “AXE MAN” – (SURLY) – $10.5

7.2% ABV | Citra and Mosaic hops with Golden Promise malt. It's a straight-forward West Coast IPA but with all of those elements absolutely shining. A grapefruit/pine bomb with soft passion fruit notes and hints of mango, the malt is crisp and clean and allows the hop profile to shine - Minneapolis, MN

12% ABV | One of the world's most highly-regarded Imperial Stouts aged in rye whiskey barrels, this ode to midnight is loaded with vanilla and spice notes. Flavors of dark dried fruits, rye whiskey spiciness, and soft smooth alcohol warmth in a giant roast-bomb of a beer.

2020 Double Shot Double Black (Imperial Stout) - Bent Paddle - $30

11.2% ABV | Extended aging in bourbon barrels and brewed with espresso and vanilla beans, this roast-forward stout has chocolate-like aromas to pair with the whiskey-goodness. Extraordinarily smooth and uncommonly drinkable, this is mildly sweet and one of the very best of its kind.

2022 bamf'd - vsop version (Imperial Stout) - Headflyer - $30

10.9% ABV | Aged for a ridiculous 20 months in Kentucky Bourbon barrels, this rich and sleek stout has notes of bourbon and raisin on the nose with chocolate hints. Flavors of espresso, rich roast, molasses, fig and cocoa with a smooth and steady whiskey note carry from start to finish with a warm lingering aftertaste

Ten (Old Ale) - Surly - $30

9.5% ABV | Tenth Anniversary beer from one of MN's best-loved breweries, this beer has been aging for an additional 5 years to develop caramel and raisin-like flavors and aromas. Notes of dark honey and rich maltiness dominate this smooth and silky ale.

Muzzy (English Barleywine) - Starry Eyed - $25

11% ABV | Rich and full with well-hidden alcohol warmth, English Barleywine has a greater emphasis on deep malt flavors than the US versions. Think dark sweet toasted bread with marmalade and apple butter, plus you get to catch a buzz.

Hoodoo (Belgian Dubbel) - Boom Island - $25

8.5% ABV | Dubbels are like a chocolate-covered orange rolled in dark sugar with cloves and raisins. An insanely good food-pairing beer, this is dark and rich but finishes amazingly light and begs for another sip. Complex enough to give pause (many times), light-bodied enough to not need to bother.

Omen (Belgian Quad) - Boom Island - $25

10.2% ABV | Yeah we know, "Belgian Dark Strong Ale", in America we call it "Quad"! Deep and rich, full of baking spice and chocolate aromas and flavors paired with dark dried fruit notes but alarmingly easy-drinking with alcohol warmth that acts as a soft blanket for all of those wild flavors, never overpowering the delicate melange of fruit and spice.

Wee Bully (Barrel Aged Wee Heavy) - Starry Eyed - $30

10.5% ABV | Wee Heavy Ale aged in Bulleit Rye barrels. Rich and deep with flavors of toasted bread crusts, marmalade, dried fruits and dark sugars paired with spicy rye whiskey aromas. The grand-daddy of Scottish beer with a spicy kick.

Wee Woody (Barrel Aged Wee Heavy) - Starry Eyed - $30

10.5% ABV | Wee Heavy Ale aged in Woodford Reserve barrels. Deep and complex dark amber/soft red ode to Scotland with a Kentucky kick. Bourbon notes cut through the rich sweet maltiness of the Wee Heavy, flavors of burnt sugar and dried fruits, woody and complex.
